Five Ways Housing Management Co-operative Limited is a community-controlled body funded by Lewisham Council to provide day-to-day housing management services in our catchment area. We employ a small, friendly team at our office on Milton Court Road, which means our tenants don’t have far to go to see us.

176 properties come under Five Ways, made up of 104 secure council tenancies, 38 leaseholds, and 34 freeholds. Residents of all tenure types are eligible for membership of the Co-operative.
