If you have a complaint, please first contact the Housing Manager and discuss your complaint. We will try and sort out your complaint quickly. After speaking to the housing manager, if you are still unhappy, you can use the formal complaints procedure.

The complaint procedure has three stages. We will contact you within two working days of receiving your complaint, and at each further stage, to let you know what will happen next.

Stage One

At stage one it will help if your complaint is in writing and addressed to The Management Committee, at 25a Milton Court Rd, New Cross, SE14 6JL – however, all complaints will be taken seriously, whether or not put in writing. The management committee will then investigate your complaint and will respond in writing within 10 working days. The Management Committee will let you know what they can do to resolve your complaint.

Stage Two

If you are not satisfied with this response at stage one you can ask for your complaint to be reviewed. The Management Committee will write to you within 20 working days with their decision.

Stage Three

If you are not satisfied with the response at stage two please write to the London Borough of Lewisham, Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, SE6 4RU.
